All of our deliveries are sent via recorded post as we want to be sure that your items arrive. This means somebody needs to be there to sign for it.
Any boxes that your items are sent in are made from recycled card or are FSC certified. They are beautiful so we hope that you will keep them and use them again. All of our ribbons are pure silk. At the delivery stage of the checkout you are given the option to reduce your packaging. This means that your items will be wrapped in tissue paper and pure silk ribbon and will be put straight into the LDPE bag with no box. Eco-Boudoir has decided to use LDPE bags which are both recyclable and bio-degradable.
If you order from outside the UK you have the chance to offset the carbon emissions of your Eco-Boudoir item's journey. If you choose to do this an additional £5 will be added to your order. We have a partnership with a rainforest conservation programme 'Iracambi' in Brazil. Your money will go towards re-forestation of the highly endangered Atlantic rainforest. www.iracambi.com
All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). If paying with a non-UK credit or debit card, please check with your card issuer for conversion rates and any charges they may levy on foreign currency transactions.
Deliveries should take between 5-7 days from point of order to reach you unless otherwise stated. However, please allow 14 working days for any postal delays before contacting Eco-Boudoir Customer Services.
Our delivery service requires a signature to be given on receipt delivery.
We are unable to accept orders where the full address information has not been supplied. If you are unsure about the address please check against either Royal Mail's free Postcode / Address Finder: www.royalmail.com or use the 'Free Postcode Finder' service at: www.postcodeanywhere.co.uk.
Please also note that for first time orders where the billing and delivery addresses differ we will place a phone call with you to verify that your card is not being used without your knowledge - this is for your own protection.
CUSTOMS INFORMATION
When ordering goods from eco-boudoir.com for delivery outside of the European Union, you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from eco-boudoir.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Generally, customs forms for international packages will list the value of the contents of your order by product type. For instance, orders containing Loungewear or Lingerie will generally be listed in a way similar to the following example: Clothing value £185 or Lingerie value £85.
Your privacy is important to us and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers to be aware that cross-border deliveries may be subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
If the order is a gift, the package is marked "Gift" but the cost of the item is still stated on the customs form. Customs authorities require us to state the value of the gift item directly on the package.
RETURNS POLICY
We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in fully resalable condition. Returns should be made within 20 days and be in the original, undamaged packaging. We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser, or exchange the product if an exchange has been requested, once it is received by us. A refund of the delivery charge will be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount. Please note that we are unable to refund undergarments such as knickers for hygiene reasons. None of the above conditions affect your statutory rights when goods are faulty, or not as described.
